Got my signed art print

Just got my signed art print from Townsend Music. It came pretty fast, like 9 days to New York, and was really well packaged. The print itself looks awesome. My only small thing is the tracking info wasn't super detailed at every step, but it got here fine.

Got my hoodie, it's good

I picked up one of those artist hoodies, you know, the tour merch kind. It fits well and the print on it seems decent quality. Took about two weeks to get here. No complaints really, just wish they had more sizes sometimes.

Decent experience, minor hiccups

I ordered the 'Signed Art Print' by my favorite artist last month. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site, no real complaints there. It shipped out after a few days, and I received it within about two weeks here in California. The packaging for the print was robust; it arrived in perfect condition, which was a relief. I did have a question about tracking that I emailed customer service about, and they got back to me in about 48 hours, which was okay but not super fast. The print itself is genuinely signed and looks great on my wall. Overall, a solid transaction, though a quicker customer service response would be nice.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I bought a limited edition vinyl from Townsend Music. The record arrived well-packaged and the quality was excellent, just as described. I thought the price was fair for a collector's item. My only minor issue was that shipping to the US took about 10 days, a bit longer than I hoped, but it did arrive safely.

Good selection, slow shipping

I bought a limited edition vinyl from Townsend Music recently. The selection was great, found something I'd been looking for. The packaging for the vinyl was very secure, which I appreciate. Shipping took about 12 days to reach California, which felt a bit long, but it did arrive safely.

Decent purchase, careful with pre-orders

I ordered a deluxe edition CD and an artist t-shirt from Townsend Music. The website was easy enough to navigate, though I wish they had clearer stock updates for some items. My order shipped in two separate packages which was a little odd, but everything arrived well-protected. The CD was in perfect condition and the t-shirt quality was as expected. I had a pre-order for a different item last month that got delayed twice, so I'd say be prepared for potential pre-order shifts. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about that delay, so that was a plus.

Good box set, slow shipping

I ordered the 'Limited Edition Box Set' last month. The packaging was solid, and the vinyl looked great. It took about 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. Customer service answered my email about tracking within a day, so that was helpful.

Got a good deal on a box set

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best bang for my buck. I managed to snag a deluxe edition CD box set during their seasonal sale. The discount was pretty good, making it much more affordable than other sites I checked. Shipping wasn't free to the US, which was a bummer, but the overall price with shipping still beat out competitors. The packaging was sturdy, and everything inside was pristine. Definitely felt like I got a solid deal, and it makes me want to check out their sales more often.
